Transportation Services

Valley Health Care Center’s wheelchair accessible van makes regularly scheduled excursions including shopping trips, lunches around town, trips to the movies, sightseeing excursions and other activities.

Transportation services are also available Monday through Friday for physician appointments for the family’s convenience. Please notify the nurse on duty to schedule any doctor appointments for your family member.
