I’ve been in the health care field since 1972, starting with physical therapy and to the present time, nursing. I am married with two sons and two grandsons and have a cocker spaniel named “Freckles.”

I have been with Valley Health Care Center for nine years, starting as a night charge nurse and working my way up to Director of Nursing. My hobbies include hunting, fishing, and camping. I chose to work with the older population because I love the personal interactions with residents, families, and staff.
